Fit all cable ties in the original position when installing.
– Remove connector for Lambda probe 1 after catalytic con‐
verter -GX7- from retainer, disconnect it, and lay electrical
wires to one side.

onto turbocharger.

– When pulling off or pushing on propshaft, always ensure that
sleeve -arrow- is not damaged.
– Fit engine support -T10533- between subframe and gear‐
box; tighten bolts hand-tight.
♦ Bolt -3- = original pendulum support bolt
♦ Screw a bolt M8 x 30 mm -1- fitted with a washer -2- into
threaded hole in noise insulation.
♦ -A- thin end
♦ -B- thick end
– Using engine support -T10533-, push engine as far forwards
as possible.
– Pull propshaft off bevel box, and lay it to left side.
– Mask off propshaft in front area or cover it with a cloth to
prevent any damage to surface protection.

exhaust pipe.
– Detach catalytic converter with front exhaust pipe.
Installing
– Insert screwdriver -2- into recess -arrow- on turbocharger,
and lever out seal -1-.
– Insert new seal.
– Fit screw-type clip in position shown to the turbocharger.
– Fit catalytic converter to turbocharger. Attach screw-type clip
of catalytic converter loosely without tightening it.
